Situation: Communications company needed to expand its presence in the web services sector to provide hosting and design services.

Results: An existing web services company was acquired and combined with two other acquisitions to form the 6^th largest web design and hosting company in Dallas. The achieved mass allowed the company to be competitive and to secure favorable account relationships.
